What Are We Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, creating impactful and user-centred experiences for our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define problem statements, and craft solutions that delight users. If you’re passionate about data-driven design and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing, user-centered, and data-driven experiences.
- Define problem statements and execution plans with Product & Design Managers.
- Collaborate with data teams to create metrics-driven solutions.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Monitor post-launch performance to identify improvements.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for cohesive experiences.
- Mentor and guide designers within your product area.
- Represent design decisions and advocate for user-centered practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Skills that we look out for:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Solid foundation in visual design principles and iterative UX processes.
- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Webflow.
- Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies and platform constraints.
- Experience with generative AI tools like MidJourney and Ideogram.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Passion for sports, especially cricket, trading, or fantasy sports (preferred).
