The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can go beyond pixels and prototypes. This role requires someone who can independently identify user and business problems, translate them into user stories, and deliver high-quality solutions with precision and clarity.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Still, you’ll also need to be self-driven, someone who doesn’t wait for direction but takes initiative to uncover opportunities and ship meaningful experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and user needs and independently translate them into clear, actionable UX strategies and design solutions.
- Break down complex problems into simple, elegant user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
- Create multiple concepts and rapidly iterate based on feedback, data, or changing priorities.
- Execute detailed, polished UI designs using the design system while contributing to its evolution.
- Maintain pixel-level attention to detail in visual design, interaction patterns, and system consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape requirements, influence product direction, and ensure usability.
- Proactively surface user experience issues and propose innovative solutions—without waiting to be asked.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research to validate hypotheses and guide design decisions.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and execution plans in discussions with stakeholders.
- Whatever else it takes to get the job done!
Ideal Experience
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products across responsive web and mobile platforms.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, elegant execution, and high attention to detail.
- Deep experience working with and contributing to modern design systems.
- The ability to work independently—translating ambiguous problems into focused user stories and solutions.
- Strong communication skills—you explain your thinking clearly and constructively.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma (or similar).
- A systems thinker who can scale patterns while keeping user needs at the center.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in designing SAAS product.
- Independent decision maker. Can take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity.
- Takes initiative to improve and try new things
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a strong team environment
