As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Firm Wide Core Deposits team, you will play a pivotal role working closely with Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Engineering teams on multiple initiatives. You will identify dependencies, lead end-to-end testing customer journey validation in integration environments, execute delivery strategies, and communicate results effectively. This role provides an opportunity to create standards, promote efficient process improvements in the testing space, and serve as an advocate for the business, ensuring that both positive and negative testing results are communicated, tracked, and addressed to demonstrate that functionality meets business expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Understand the development and execution of our product strategy and prepare Testing roadmap
- Engage early in initiatives using a shift-left approach during the discovery phases and play a functional lead/mentor role for teammates
- Conduct business analysis in partnership with the product management and technology teams to identify gaps early
- Influence the requirement formulation phase and lead the teams to adopt behavior-driven development or other frameworks
- Use analysis during planning and findings during execution phases to create necessary testing artifacts
- Deliver the end-to-end test strategy developed by the team to independently deliver the project from start to finish
- Understand and assess cross-impacts across lines of business and product teams to develop a seamless end-to-end test engagement and strategy
- Improve engagement through effective dependency management and take ownership of applications outside of firm-wide core deposits to drive autonomy in the process
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to projects or processes through retrospection, optimization, automation, and documentation and lead them to completion
- Work towards T-shaped responsibility spanning across product delivery and management roles, including control readiness, release management and support, and production validation testing as needed or prescribed by leadership
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years Quality Assurance/User acceptance testing experience with hands on creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test scripts required
- Strong proficiency in creating SQL queries
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, QTest.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/capabilities such as Selenium, TOSCA, Eggplant, Database Automation etc.
- Expertise in developing hybrid automation frameworks combining BDD and Page Object Model (POM) approaches
- Proficiency in VB scripting and Java scripting for automation and process enhancement
- Experience in creating macros for process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Strong capability in web automation, API automation, and database automation across multiple platforms
- Ability to design and implement automation solutions for ad hoc business requests that are technically feasible
