As a Senior Product Associate in the Card Data Product team at JPMorgan Chase, you lead the development and optimization of analytical data products that drive business insights and enhance customer experiences. You foster a culture of continuous innovation, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Drives product innovation and optimization through user research and data analysis
- Partners with data owners, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions
- Analyzes data to extract actionable insights and connects findings to business strategy
- Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Develops strong partnerships with stakeholders, communicating product updates and strategy
- Delivers enterprise-scale data products with measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Four years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities
- Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies
- Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and data architecture
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Highly proficient in data querying with Python, R, Perl, or SQL
- Familiarity with data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and Data Bricks
- Experience in product development
