As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Markets Athena Trade and Risk Services (ATRS) technology team, you'll be a part of team responsible for building digital products that delivers best in class solutions for trade and risk management consistently across JPMorgans' Markets businesses by constantly assessing business needs, emerging trends and technical challenges.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with all lines of business within CIB Markets to define and drive strategic product development efforts, emphasizing simplification and modernization of existing processes and systems.
- Understand and contribute to the product vision and roadmap. Drive prioritization by deeply understanding the needs of the Markets Line of Business (LOB) teams and collaborating closely with Engineering teams to deliver key objectives.
- Build hands on technical expertise on offerings available and on ones being built out on Athena to deliver product objectives and influence the design of technical solutions to deliver by being in the detail of the challenges that product features and enhancements entail.
- Partner with core Athena platform teams where necessary to continue enhancing Athena as best in class platform for building out trade and risk management
- Drive value by bringing cross asset products and solutions to teams across the Markets business.
- Build and maintain key data points to measure progress towards the objectives set out for each product
- Work on some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of two dynamic industries: Finance and Technology
- Develop products that will impact day to day working of Front Office and Middle Office teams in Markets
- Influence decisions on Market strategy for modernization, efficiency and innovation by adopting data driven analysis
- Interact with high performing teams across each of the Markets tech businesses
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Proven track record in delivering strong technical solutions and experience as a product owner.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a desire to own products end-to-end and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to conceptualize and build scalable digital platforms, including shared components and services that can be utilized across multiple distribution channels.
- Experience in driving agile practices within product and engineering teams and a strong desire to implement and enhance agile methodologies to improve team efficiency and product delivery.
- Known for being a proactive problem-solver who consistently gets things done and ability to execute tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Passionate about technology and capable of engaging with engineering teams on a technical level.
- Maintains a product mindset, balancing creativity with discipline and speed to market with due diligence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- UX or Front End development experience would be desirable
- Experience in working with Cloud based technologies and in onboarding products to cloud.
- Hands on experience in developing quality code with experience in Python or similar OO languages
- Understanding of lifecycle of a transaction within a Markets asset class (Trade management and ingestion, risk and pnl management) and experience in a financial markets technology organization supporting an asset class.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a similar numerical and analytical discipline
