Engages with client decision-makers and buyers to understand business, technical and other requirements. Engages internally with DN technical, product and service delivery stakeholders to develop client-focused solutions and proposals. Crafts compelling, valuable solutions and presents to key customers to drive revenue in new accounts and expand DN's presence within the existing customer base. Contributes to successful project delivery by supporting initial project setup, developing technical specifications and addressing / resolving complex issues. Collaborates across IT, other technical, product, operations and relevant stakeholders to define architectural standards and ensure their understanding and application.
ResponsibilitiesOversees Solution Architect participation in major projects and provides future looking technical guidance inside and outside the group. Engages with DN senior leadership and key IT, sales, business, product and technical stakeholders to help craft Solution Architect strategies, priorities and objectives. Contributes to the definition and development of architectural standards and governance policies. Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review. Analyzes trends to determine the root cause(s) of issues and recommend corrective action. Creates and documents Solution Architect operating policies, procedures and systems. Analyzes current processes, systems and integration points, recommending future efficiency and effectiveness improvements. Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact. Creates functional and non-functional solution designs for next generation products / solutions; ensures designs incorporate cutting edge technology stacks and state-of-the-art security provisions. Ensures all solution designs align with the company's strategic technology decisions.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Solution Architecture. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
