- Work closely with Product Management to translate the vision, strategy and high-level product roadmap into tangible, end‑to‑end User Acceptance Journeys and Test Cases from Policy to Claims that achieve the business goals of the product.
- Lead and mentor a team of business consultants, business analysts and subject matter experts, ensuring that each journey is detailed with a strong focus on:
- Business users and how they service their customers
- Varying landscapes at each insurance carrier

- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand desired outcomes for each product release and translate them into end‑to‑end journeys, test cases and measurable success criteria.
- Oversee and, where required, directly conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended customer and business value.
- Provide leadership for issue analysis/triaging and resolution during test phases, and guide production issue resolution to ensure key Product SLAs are consistently met.
- Support and guide project/program management, participating in and influencing project planning, risk/issue management, status reporting, and scope/change decisions.
- Maintain and disseminate strong knowledge of life insurance policy administration systems, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and translate these into actionable recommendations for product and delivery teams.
- Lead the requirements strategy for critical modules (e.g., policy administration, billing, claims), collaborating with business stakeholders, SMEs and IT teams to define scalable and reusable solutions.
- Conduct or oversee thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and optimization, and champion their implementation.
- Present and highlight features in product demos to a wider audience / customers, representing the Business Analysis function and influencing adoption and satisfaction.
In addition, you will play a key role in practice-building, including:
- Defining and refining BA frameworks, templates, standards and governance.
- Leading knowledge-sharing sessions, training and “train-the-trainer” initiatives.
- Building and tracking BA KPIs/OKRs (e.g., requirement‑related defects, backlog health, sign‑off cycle times, UAT outcomes).
