Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
At least 8 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success
PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, CSM or SAFe certification a plus
At least 2 large Oracle Fusion implementation projects delivered successfully as the Lead Project Manager
Previous project experience that incorporated organizational change management preferred
Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors
Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives
Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve project delivery processes.
Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment.
Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and managing all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader.
