Software Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows operating systems, Office Suite, Azure, and SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, .NET, and C#
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting and support to clients on Microsoft technologies and solutions
- Assess client needs and provide recommendations on Microsoft solutions that meet their business requirements
- Design and implement Microsoft solutions, including cloud migration and deployment of Windows and Office applications
- Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of Microsoft solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions to provide clients with the best possible solutions
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and project delivery
- Experience in project management and ability to manage projects from conception to implementation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in technical consulting and implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Demonstrated experience in the deployment of Windows operating systems, Office Suite, and Azure solutions
- Experience in the deployment and integration of SharePoint solutions
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support on Microsoft solutions
- Assess client needs and provide recommendations on Microsoft solutions that meet their requirements
- Design and implement Microsoft solutions, including cloud migration and deployment of Windows and Office applications
- Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of Microsoft solutions
- Participate in project planning and management, including project documentation and reporting
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Microsoft certifications, such as MCSE or MCSD, are an asset
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
