Our global procurement team is hiring procurement subject matter expert who has prior extensive experience working with global OEM’s and vendors across APAC, US & Europe, who can manage & source global vendors and has an acumen to independently formulate SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) in order to templatize the procurement process. Moreover, collaborate on behalf of business teams for technical and commercial dialogue with OEM’s and suppliers, leverage negotiations with effort to save and optimally utilize available resources.  If you are an exceptional procurement enthusiast and loves to push the boundaries to solve complex sourcing & procurement problems using innovative solutions, then we would like to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

· Accountable for the design & deployment of standard global processes, policies, and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceeds SLA.

· Negotiate techno-commercials deals with OEM’s & suppliers and present to key stakeholders for final decision making.

· Apply best sourcing principles to control negotiation and minimize cost & risk within an acceptable timeframe.

· Lead sourcing & procurement projects worldwide

· Continuous Networking with OEM’s and suppliers to encourage them to honour best proposals on continuous basis.

· Apply best in class methodology for supplier evaluation and credential verification.

· Apply supplier risk, compliance and governance model independently for all current & upcoming vendors.

· Liase between business teams and finance to review procurement projects and ensure they are in alignment with the global process design, control & procedures.

· Drive innovation in the process by looking at opportunities Robotic Process automation to improve efficiency of the End-to-End process.

· Lead the Internal or External Audits to attain zero discrepancies in any transaction.

· Manage purchase indents and apply sourcing strategies to source quality vendors.

· Draft and execute Master Agreements, SOW’s, Addendum’s to meet purchasing objectives with effective collaboration with legal and contract team

· Drive sustainable procurement practice to mitigate carbon emission and contribute to Fractal’s carbon neutrality programme.

The Person: Experience:

Must Have:

· Comprehensive knowledge on supply chain management with an IT/ITES or large organization on global front.

· Subject matter expert (SME) in sourcing & procurement

· Experience in setting up supplier risk, compliance & governance model for all suppliers

· Able to draft & execute SOP’s for all procurement services.

· Expert-level proficiency in Ms-office packages i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Power point

· Strong understanding and experience on ERP(Microsoft D365) and management tools & application.

· Experience working in different geographical areas and across enterprise-wide functions.

Good to Have:

· Budget formulation knowledge with statistical analysis

· Familiarity with sourcing & procurement tools

Education:

· Any Graduate. Certification in CIPS/CPSM is desirable.
