Synopsis of the role

Responsible for the growth strategy of the Gramin/Coperative Bank Vertical. This role involves aggressive follow ups, conducting trainings/demos with the respective Banks.

What you’ll do

  • Travelling PAN India for client meetings. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )
  • Conducting training on different products/processes.
  • Explain value proposition of company’s product & services.
  • Undertaking market research to determine key decision makers.
  • You need to have proper knowledge about RFPs.
  • Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline.

What experience you need

  • You should have experience of more than 5 years in working with Bureau Industry. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )
  • You should have overall experience of 10+ years in BFSI segment.
  • Effective negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
  • Hands on in writing proposals and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate independent leads.  
  • Experience of selling to Grameen Banks is preferred.
  • You should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree
