Senior Manager - SAP-Project Management

As a Senior Manager in the SAP PM Competency - Delivery department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of SAP projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure that SAP implementations meet the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Your leadership and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality SAP solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Create and execute project plans, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered SAP solution meets the required standards.
• Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and incorporate best practices into project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience in working with diverse client portfolios and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements and client meetings.
