- Lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Create and execute project plans, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered SAP solution meets the required standards.
- Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and incorporate best practices into project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Experience in working with diverse client portfolios and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements and client meetings.
