What will you do?

  • Strategic Promotion Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive on-platform promotion strategies for content. Enhance awareness and discoverability to deliver on KPIs.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with partners to ensure effective content promotion on their platforms. Facilitate the exchange of creative assets and key highlights to bolster promotional initiatives.
  • Channel Engagement: Engage with Channel teams to amplify forthcoming events and twists related to Network shows on our platform. 
  • Promotion Innovation: Employ inventive merchandising to promote content and drive conversion rates.
  • Product Enhancement Coordination: Collaborate with product and technology teams to implement and refine features and processes concerning content publishing requirements. 
  • Process Enhancement and Problem Solving: Identify gaps and opportunities for process enhancement within content and publishing operations. Propose strategic product interventions to address these areas.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Evaluate and elevate user experience through effective creation and utilization of metadata
  • Feature Implementation: Develop and implement supplementary features based on metadata to optimize content discovery
  • Collaboration with Content Strategy and Marketing: Partner with the Content Strategy team to establish content priorities for the Network. Collaborate with marketing and Online Audience Promotion (OAP) teams to devise and execute comprehensive promotion strategies for Network content
  • Performance Reporting: Generate daily reports to track Before TV episode arrivals and impact, facilitating thorough results evaluation

Who should apply?

  • Education: The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree
  • Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital publishing, content publishing, content writing, or content editing are encouraged to apply
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in content, OTT, or media companies or agencies will be advantageous.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Proficiency in managing time, multitasking, and meeting deadlines is crucial
  • Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented individual who conducts careful reviews of work to ensure quality control is maintained
  • Independence and Teamwork: A self-starter with the capability to work independently as well as collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
  • Aesthetics and Detail Orientation: Possess a discerning eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to details.
