Lead programmatic campaign strategy and execution for client accounts, enhancing performance through data analysis and innovative targeting across various platforms.
We are seeking an energetic Programmatic Senior Manager to lead the planning, execution and strategy functions for Dentsu programmatic. You will be responsible for building end-to-end campaign strategy across brands and ensuring both client-delight as well as aligning with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own an end-to-end programmatic campaign planning, execution & strategy functions for client accounts.
- Monitor & analyse programmatic campaign performance metrics utilizing data driven insights to identify areas of improvement & adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work on campaign strategy which begins from understanding brand KPI’s, identifying core audiences & their presence across demo, geo & platforms to finally build an effective omni-channel plan.
- Maintaining oversight and proactive management of multiple campaign planning and execution activities.
- Implement advance targeting strategies such as cross device, omni-channel, retail media, CTV, OTT & DooH.
- Manage and lead multiple brand accounts, participate in MBR’s and QBR’s to build strong client relationship by being a trusted partner.
- Bring in both planning and executional innovation to offer a value add to client KPI’s & ensuring a proactive approach for the entire programmatic strategy.
- Provide senior client servicing teams with regular insights, performance reviews & strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on the industry trends & innovations around AI, ML, rich media formats & DCO etc,.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with at least 5 years in an agency environment.
- Deep expertise of planning & execution of both branding and performance mandate from clients.
- Expert of building PPT decks & single handedly running client meetings.
- Deep expertise of DV360, TTD, Amazon, Criteo & Xandr DSP platforms.
- Experience with DMP’s, CDP’s & ad-servers (Google CM360, Adobe, Flashtalking etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, PowerBI & other reporting tools.
- In depth understanding of all YouTube ad formats, frequency & reach planning as well as executional expertise.
- Proven experience in scaling programmatic offerings within an agency environment. This includes programmatic and social platforms (Google, Meta & others).
- Familiar with identity solutions, privacy regulations & other industry initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
