Lead daily moderation of messages across message boards, chat rooms, and messaging apps; enforce client moderation manuals; delete inappropriate content; maintain records of deleted messages and banned users; escalate issues to Community Manager; coordinate on rota, content, and legal concerns.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.

Key responsibilities: Reviews client moderation manuals whilst moderating Escalates issues to the Community Manager Actively keeps records of all deleted messages and banned users on requested sites and ensures filing in a database is maintained Reviews each and every message in line with the guidelines stated in each client moderation manual Works closely with the Community Manager(s) on aspects such as rota changes, content issues and legal concernsLocation:
