Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing operational strategies, managing complex budgets, and driving continuous process improvement across our India-based operations.
You will lead a high-performing team of operational professionals dedicated to achieving excellence through collaboration and accountability.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the design, implementation, and review of operational strategies to enhance productivity and quality while identifying opportunities for automation and cost reduction.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Human Resources (HR), and Finance, to ensure seamless business flow and the alignment of operational goals.
Responsibility 3: Ensure all operational processes and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) comply with organizational standards, industry regulations, and Indian labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have:
18+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes.
Strong knowledge of operational methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Proven ability in leading high-performing teams, managing large-scale budgets, and making data-driven decisions using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred) and a willingness for extensive travel across India.
