Preparer and reviewer role responsible for GAAP and STAT derivatives accounting, reporting, and disclosures, with a strong focus on controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounting and reporting for a broad range of derivative instruments
Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis related to derivative activity.
Plan workflows for all deliverables in advance of quarter/month end ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Assist in preparation and review of financial statement footnotes and disclosures for derivatives, hedging activities and risk exposures in coordination with external reporting teams.
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education CA/CPA
Experience (In Years) 8-10 years
Technical Skills
Knowledge of US GAAP/ STAT accounting.
Working experience of HFM, Essbase, Peoplesoft tools
