Job Description

The job description (JD) of a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Here is a general outline of the job responsibilities for a MICE person:


  1. Event Planning:


  • Conceptualize, plan, and organize MICE events based on client requirements and objectives.
  • Develop event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and logistical plans.

  • Create and manage event budgets, including cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor expenses and seek cost-effective solutions.
