Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision.
- Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
- Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
- Recognise and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.
- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
- Has an organized approach, with an ability to manage monthly work-load peaks and prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines and under pressure.

- Prior experience overseeing third party administrators, issue management and coordination
- Fantastic organisation and communication skills.
- Prior experience SII Asset Reporting is advantageous

Experience:
- Solvency II Knowledge is a MUST.
- Understanding of Financial Services Industry

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Masters in Finance.
