We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager  to join our dynamic data team. As a Senior Manager at Blink Health, you will play a key role driving the data initiatives across various Blink teams such as product, engineering, operations, finance to deliver high quality data and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of data and business analysts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and actionable insights.
  • Drive processes for maintaining a high bar on data quality and insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, engineers and scientists to drive business outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent people management skills with proven track record of performance management. 
  • Excellent project management skills to deliver the projects on time working with the US teams. 
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems, and provide ongoing support and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 10+ years experience in various data roles across business analysis, data engineering and, data analytics  or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools is a plus.
