Consumer Insights role is responsible for gathering, analysing data to understand Consumer behaviour , preferences and identify changing trends . These insights will help drive strategic decisions of the content team helping them stay ahead in understanding and meeting consumer needs. 

What will you do?

  • Design and execute qualitative studies
  • Conduct both primary and secondary research, to gather insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and attitudes
  • Analyze quantitative data, including BARC Analysis, and qualitative data from surveys, focus groups, market reports, and social media, to identify key trends and insights
  • Consolidate research findings into strategic recommendations and outline actionable next steps
  • Monitor competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Who should apply for this role?

  • Candidates with proven working experience in consumer research/insights role for 5 to 7 years, prior media experience in a similar role would be a plus
  • Candidate who is comfortable with reading qualitative and quantitative research data
  • Candidates who are native to marathi language or one with an understanding Marathi Language is a must.
