- Be first line of support for client data related queries from Global Asset Management users (c.550 users) and report development tickets to Development team
- Capture key data requirements of the senior stakeholders of different teams such as sales department, transfer agents and leaders of other internal departments
- Lead the Client Data Administrator team in the M&G Global Services to deliver standard and bespoke requests of our stakeholders and manage this team’s performance
- Work closely with the Salesforce Administration team to resolve user issues related to Client Data
- Oversee data reconciliation and the monthly update process. Ensure data sources sent to third parties are within agreed SLA’s and responsible for monthly control report to ensure numbers align to expectations; escalate any erroneous numbers to management
- Analyse demand for client data and set up efficient methods for the business to self-serve
- Create and then maintain any reporting dashboards that exist outside of Salesforce
- Working closely with stakeholders to establish and maintain data quality standards for Client Data
- Develop and maintain critical data element definitions at both a process and system level and oversee use of this data internally
- Support the Data Owner in maintaining adherence to domain specific data policies and standards within functional team’s BAU operations and change programmes
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.
