Your Role
- Create comprehensive Analytical frameworks to optimize customer journeys, drive engagement / manage churn and build LTV. Translate complex data patterns into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define / track key health metrics and growth levers
- Build a culture of test & learn and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Manage and mentor a team of Analysts, ensuring their continued growth and development
- Establish credibility as a key player to influence product/business strategy based on rich insights and predictions from data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Build data efficiencies and implement best practices to improve reporting suite infrastructure
Must Have
- 9+ years of relevant professional experience in the Analytics domain
- High proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI etc.)
- Deep understanding of A/B Testing frameworks
- 2 years of people management experience

- Previous experience of working in a fast paced startup environment
