Job Description :
- Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, the NEC console and the mobile app.
- Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of their findings.
- Raise defects if they identify an issue with the software.
- Ensure lessons learned are documented to avoid future occurrences.
- Write scripts to help with investigations and also to clear down customer data, where required
- Debug high quality software using Java Spring Boot
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts.
- Support developed software within agreed service level targets and quality objectives
- Work effectively in the team
- Provide technical support, guidance and inspiration to other members of the team.
- Promptly escalate issues which cause personal or team development to fall outside of agreed quality or timescale tolerances and to actively contribute to their resolution.
- Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
