Manage employee relations initiatives focused on staff well-being, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture. Implement well-being policies and programs, oversee insurance matters, and coordinate employee appreciation activities. The role requires strong communication, writing, critical thinking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all staff levels.
[What the role is]
You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for driving employee engagement, well-being and recognition initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture within PUB.[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities include:
- Implement and manage staff well-being policies, programmes and initiatives, taking into consideration organisational needs, workforce trends and emerging developments
- Oversee insurance-related matters
- Plan, coordinate and manage staff engagement and appreciation programmes
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred
- Good writing, communication and thinking skills
- Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
- Able to work well independently and in a team
Work Location: PUB Waterhub @ 80 Toh Guan Road East
