Job Description Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Designer – to support high-quality digital and video advertising campaigns. In this role, you will primarily focus on design and animation for video, CTV, native, and display campaigns, working extensively within the Client Creative Platform.
You will collaborate closely with creative, campaign, and production teams to build static and animated mockups, live demos, and final creative assets that meet platform specifications and brand standards. As a mid-level designer, you’ll bring strong visual craft, technical proficiency, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure all deliverables are executed to a consistently high standard of quality across formats and channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Campaign Creative Development: Design and animate creatives for video, CTV, native, and display advertising campaigns, supporting end-to-end campaign execution.
• Design & Animation Execution: Create high-quality static and motion assets using primarily Photoshop and Figma, with additional use of After Effects and Premiere Pro for video and animated creatives.
• Mockup Creation:
– Build static mockups for native or display campaign creatives and screenshot requests.
– Build live demo mockups for CTV or video campaigns using creative builders within the Client Platform.
• Client Platform Implementation: Implement and adapt creative assets within the Client Creative Platform, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and visual excellence.
• Creative Resizing & Adaptation: Resize and optimize creatives across client-required formats and standard IAB sizes, maintaining design integrity and performance across placements.
• Quality & Brand Standards: Ensure all creatives meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, and internal quality benchmarks, with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align creative execution with campaign goals, timelines, and technical specifications.
• Design Reviews & Feedback: Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback efficiently, and continuously refine creative output.
• Process & Efficiency: Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining consistency across assets.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with digital advertising formats, creative best practices, and emerging trends in video and motion design.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Experience: 5–7 years of experience as a designer, preferably within an agency, ad-tech, or digital advertising environment, with a portfolio showcasing video, display, and campaign creatives.
• Design Tool Proficiency:
– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
– Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video creatives.
– Hands on experience with different tools in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on precision and visual consistency.
• Platform Adaptability: Comfortable working within client-specific creative platforms, templates, and technical constraints.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into polished creative output.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative & Technical Balance: Solid design sensibility combined with practical execution skills for scalable, production-ready assets.
