Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

• Develop and design visually compelling layouts for digital, print, and outdoor media.

• Conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging visual communication.

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align designs with campaign objectives.

• Create static, animated, and video-based assets for multi-channel campaigns.

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep work innovative.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency/brand side preferred).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, and color theory.

• Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.

• Ability to ideate concepts, visualize campaigns, and deliver within deadlines.

• Attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing layout and design excellence.

• Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team player with the flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
