Owns quality and reliability for a multi-platform fitness SaaS product. Responsibilities include building Playwright automation frameworks, conducting JMeter load tests, validating payment gateway and financial workflows, testing asynchronous Kafka integrations, maintaining traceable test plans, managing regression tiers and defect triage, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You'll join Grip Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Daxko subsidiary, working on FitnessForce, the club management platform used by gyms and fitness businesses around the world.
About the role
FitnessForce spans Angular web dashboards, two Flutter mobile apps, and a high-throughput .NET Core backend, all built to run the financial engine of fitness clubs worldwide. As a senior SET, you'll own the quality and reliability of that platform, with a sharp focus on the accuracy and security of our payment systems.
You'll build and maintain our automation frameworks in Playwright and JMeter, using AI tools like Cursor to speed up test generation while keeping suites deterministic and easy to maintain.
What you'll do
• Architect and maintain a single codebase that powers dozens of regional whitelabel clients, managing build-time flavor configurations through CI/CD pipelines like Fastlane
• Integrate secure payment SDKs such as Stripe, building Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout flows for retail purchases and subscriptions
• Drive feature delivery across both the member app and staff app, working through complex logic for POS, multi-club access, and real-time scheduling
• Implement Clean Architecture and state management patterns like Bloc or Riverpod to handle complex, asynchronous UI states
• Manage network layers with Retrofit and maintain reliable code-generation workflows for stable, conflict-free builds
• Champion automated testing across unit, widget, and integration levels to keep releases reliable
• Profile and optimize app performance for large datasets, keeping rendering smooth and memory use efficient across devices
What you'll bring
• 6 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years with Flutter and Dart in production
• Experience building multi-tenant or white labeled mobile apps from a single codebase, with familiarity deploying to the App Store and Google Play
• Hands-on experience integrating native payment SDKs and mobile wallets, including handling 3D Secure authentication and transaction errors
• Experience using AI coding assistants in production, with the Dart and Flutter fundamentals to keep AI-assisted code performant and maintainable
• Strong understanding of mobile system design, state management, and dependency injection
• Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift or Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin or Java) for platform channels and native integrations
Nice to have
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or club management software industry
• Understanding of event-driven backend architectures like Kafka, to align mobile caching with backend data streams
