India Reporting resource
General duties:

Data extraction and manipulation: Pulling data from various sources within Planful and manipulating it to create comprehensive reports.

Report design and development: Building customized dashboards and reports using Planful's reporting tools, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.

Financial analysis: Interpreting data from reports to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, providing insights to decision-makers.

Budgeting and forecasting: Supporting the budgeting process by creating budget templates and forecasts within Planful, updating as needed.

Variance analysis: Provide reporting to analyze deviations between actual performance and budget/forecast, investigating root causes and providing explanations.

Collaboration with stakeholders: Working closely with finance teams, business units, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Automation and efficiency: Identifying opportunities to automate reporting processes within Planful to improve efficiency and timeliness.
Consolidated company reporting

Monthly headcount reporting for consolidated company

Prepare/update month end reporting including monthly flux, trend reporting and board deck schedules for consolidated company

Build ad hoc reporting for finance business partners using Planful/Spotlight

Responsible for daily refresh of reports during close/budget process

Backup resource for Planful reporting system including monthly maintenance, integration, building forecast/budget templates, etc
India FP&A

Assist with updating forecast in Planful for India headcount and expenses

Prepare monthly reporting for India legal entity

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
Required skills for this role:

Proficiency in Planful or similar software:
In-depth knowledge of Planful or similar software features and functions, including data modeling, reporting tools, and data visualization capabilities.

Financial acumen:
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics.

Analytical skills:
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Technical skills:
Familiarity with data extraction, data manipulation, and potentially other related software.

Communication skills:
Effectively communicating complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
