Finance Automation & AI Tools

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) to improve day-to-day finance processes and reporting
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI
• Identify opportunities to digitize and streamline routine finance workflows
• Support ERP-related activities and data management tasks
• Stay updated on emerging finance technology trends and assist in piloting new tools

Reporting, Planning & Analysis

• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support product costing, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
• Prepare management presentations and financial summaries for the Site Leadership Team (SLT)
• Maintain and update financial trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates regularly
• Assist in capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking and ROI analysis for site projects

✅ Governance & Compliance

• Support timely statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
• Assist in preparation of documents for internal and external audits
• Help maintain internal controls and flag exceptions or discrepancies proactively
• Contribute to building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance processes

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Tax, Operations, and IT for data, approvals, and reporting needs
• Support the Finance Head in preparing materials for SLT meetings and business reviews
• Assist in managing communication with auditors and government agencies
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and new project rollouts as required

Cost & Capital Support

• Assist in tracking and analyzing cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing areas
• Support preparation of capital investment proposals and ROI summaries
• Monitor budget vs. actuals and highlight variances with explanations

Team & New Projects

• Actively contribute to new finance projects and automation initiatives
• Support knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts within the finance team
• Willingness to take ownership of assigned workstreams and deliver independently

Grant Management & Government Compliance (Supportive role )

• Assist in preparing and tracking grant applications, claims, utilization reports, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready records for all grant-related activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure timely submission of required documents and resolution of queries
• Monitor grant milestones, disbursement schedules, and compliance conditions
• Support the grant program governance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence
