Responsibilities:

  • Will be handling End to End Recruitment Process
  • Understand the client manpower requirement.
  • Source CVs from different sources like job portal, social website, reference, etc.
  • Marketing the requirement in different online channel like whats up, twitter,LinkedIn etc
  • Designing recruiting emails to attract right pool of candidates.
  • Interviewing and Validating the candidate as per the specification defined by business .
  • Develop relationship with clients by delivery CVs within turn around time and ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
  • Nurturing relationship with prospective and potential talents for upcoming requirements.
  • Develop network by reference with passive talent to fill niche requirement
  • Update the job board and ensure all requirements are attend with utmost attention.
  • Analysis the recruitment trend and take corrective action for full filling the gaps.
  • Doing research to find potential client for business development.
  • Hand holding and nurturing the new joinee to manage their performance.


Desired Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Non IT recruitment function prefer someone who has worked on BFSI domain hiring
  • Should have excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Should be go getter
  • Should have excellent presentation skills.
  • Should be well conversant with latest sourcing skills
