What will you do ?

  • Creative Ideation & Innovation: Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas for on-platform graphics. Ideate and evolve content while referring to relevant design touchpoints. Explore a variety of GFX techniques to ensure consumer impact and engagement. Redefine the creative approach for Originals and Acquired Content imagery. Introduce innovative design solutions that enhance the visual storytelling of our platform
  • Design Language and Guidelines: Set a cohesive design language for various new projects. Ensure on-platform guidelines are met to maintain a consistent visual identity. Approach live and non-live sports graphics with a best-in-class mindset. Infuse creativity into sports-related visuals, capturing the excitement of events
  • Trend Awareness: Grasp and execute the latest trends, including topical memes & GIFs based on available content. Stay up-to-date with design and cultural trends to infuse fresh creativity into graphics
  • Timely Delivery: Demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality graphics within the required timelines. Maintain an organized workflow and adapt to project priorities as needed 
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize a customer-first approach when executing all design points. Ensure that the graphics resonate with the audience and enhance their user experience 

Who should apply for this role ?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience in Media companies is preferred 
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools 
  • Design Expertise: An excellent understanding of design principles, composition, and typography, reflecting a strong foundation in graphic design. A strong portfolio that highlights a diverse range of creative and impactful graphics, showcasing the candidate's design capabilities 
  • Trend Awareness: Current knowledge of design trends, cultural references, and nuances specific to social media platforms 
  • Communication: Strong communication skills that enable effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to accurately interpret design briefs 
  • Time Management: The ability to multitask efficiently, work productively under pressure, and consistently meet tight project deadlines 
  • Innovation and Learning: A passion for innovation and a strong desire for continuous learning within the ever-evolving field of design
