The Senior Executive - Public Relations develops and executes PR strategies for shows, manages media relations, coordinates with stakeholders, and tracks coverage.
Role Overview:
The Senior Executive – Public Relations will support the planning and execution of integrated PR strategies for COLORS’ fiction, non-fiction, and marquee properties.
The role requires strategizing for shows, hands-on execution, strong media relationships, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced broadcast environment. This position is critical as COLORS enters a high-growth phase in 2026, with multiple high-impact launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute show-specific PR strategies aligned with programming and brand objectives across fiction, non-fiction, and marquee properties.
- Plan and manage end-to-end publicity including media launches, press meets, interviews, photo-ops, junkets, and on-ground activations.
- Manage day-to-day media relations across Mumbai, Delhi and regional markets, driving sustained coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and social media.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders including Programming, Marketing, Creative, Commercial, Finance, Sales, Talent Management, and Legal teams to ensure seamless alignment.
- Liaise closely with external stakeholders such as production houses, event agencies, talent teams, and channel partners to manage narratives, approvals, and timelines.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and external vendors to align on strategy, review deliverables, crisis communications, show positioning, reputation management and ensure timely execution of campaign milestones.
- Track media coverage, compile reports, create creative presentations and optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
