The Senior MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to drive insights and support decision-making across departments. The role also focuses on data accuracy, reporting efficiency, automation, and data security.
- Collect and validate operational data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for performance monitoring.
- Maintain high data integrity through cleansing, validation, and regular audits.
- Create customized reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to highlight inefficiencies and suggest data-drive improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities in data management and reporting processes.
- Stay up-to-date with new MIS tools and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and maintain secure access to sensitive information.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or operations reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in handling operational data and performance metrics
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets
- Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
- SQL or basic database knowledge
- Report Generation & Dashboarding
- Automation Tools (e.g., macros, scripts, Zapier)
- Data Security and Compliance Awareness
