We are looking for a driven and creative Content Growth and Monetization (YT,FB,Snap) Specialist who will be responsible for developing strategies to grow our presence and monetize content on Facebook and Snapchat. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and business acumen to drive growth and revenue.

What will you do?

  • Content Growth - Develop and implement content growth strategies for Facebook and Snapchat platforms to increase audience engagement, reach, and followership. Identify and explore new monetization opportunities on Facebook and Snapchat, including advertising, sponsored content, partnerships, and other revenue streams.
  • Content Analysis - Analyze content performance metrics, audience insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Provide regular reports and insights on content performance, audience demographics, and revenue metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Optimization Strategy - Optimize content distribution tactics such as posting frequency, timing, and targeting to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketing, and sales to develop integrated strategies for content distribution and monetization. Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives, influencers, and industry contacts to enhance collaboration and stay ahead of trends.
  • Industry Trends - Stay up-to-date with the latest features, algorithms, and best practices on Facebook and Snapchat to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Channel Growth - Develop and execute strategic plans for all partner managers within the YouTube CMS to maximize channel growth and revenue generation.
  • Channel Analysis - Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including views, subscribers, engagement, and revenue, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Management and Policy Compliance - Manage monthly invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to content creators and partners. Handle claims related to copyright, monetization, and other issues, following YouTube’s policies and procedures.
  • Partner Manager Collaboration - Conduct regular meetings with partner managers to review channel performance, discuss strategies, and address any concerns or challenges. Provide guidance and support to partner managers, offering advice on content optimization, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
  • Industry Trends - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes to YouTube’s policies and algorithms, and incorporate relevant insights into content strategies.

Who should apply for this role?

  • Candidate with 4+ years of proven experience in digital media, content management, or YouTube CMS & Facebook channel management.
  • Individuals with strong understanding of YouTube and Facebook content policies, monetization guidelines, and CMS functionalities.
