The Senior Executive - Ad Ops will manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with various teams for effective delivery.
The Senior Executive - Ad Ops will be responsible for the flawless execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within specifications, and optimized for performance. This role involves working closely with agency teams, media planners, and publishers to manage ad trafficking and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Trafficking & Execution: Setup, launch, and monitor complex digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (display, video, programmatic).
- Ad Tagging & QA: Implement and test ad tags, tracking pixels, and creatives to ensure accurate tracking of impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve campaign delivery issues, creative errors, or technical glitches with publishers and vendors.
- Optimization: Analyse campaign performance metrics to suggest improvements in CTR, viewability, and conversion rates.
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly/post-campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with media planning, creative, and analytics teams to align on deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Ad Operations or Campaign Trafficking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads).
- Tools: Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English for managing international or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any stream.
