Job Summary:
The Sr. Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems, and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis on issues related to Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with Workday Business Analysts, HRIS peers, Human Resource clients, and other GTBS teams.
- Work closely with Workday Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, Managed Services Teams, and Professional Services Teams.
- Ensure compliance with HRIT policies and security standards.
- Manage relationships with peers and clients effectively.
- Participate in and remediate any SOX and IIQ audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of exp.
- Strong experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Workday Studio, and Workday Report Writer.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend
- Familiarity with Workday Financials
- Experience with file transfer via FTP, SFTP and API system integration
- Experience with migrating Workday to Public Cloud
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and XML.
- Knowledge of middleware and integration platforms like DataStage and ETL principles.
- Familiarity with HRIT compliance and security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
