What You Will Do :
Responsible for production job monitoring and issue fixing
Responsible for incident management as per SLA
Responsible for custom enhancements and bug fixes
Responsible for all regular production involving IDV process
Responsible for migrating all activities related to IDV process
Effectively communicating technical and non-technical issues with the business and other technology user groups
What You Need :
3-5 years of strong experience on Application Production Support.
Strong in PL/SQL,SQL, Hadoop and UNIX scripting.
Strong in UNIX Commands, .Experience in scripting language like Unix Shell.
Experience in Autosys, monitoring the jobs, and scheduling the jobs.
Experience with incident management and open for On-call Support.
Knowledge on Informatica and DMX (ETL) an added advantage.
Willing to work in any shifts and on weekends– (IST/EST/MST) – 24*7.
Good Analytical skills and Attitude to learn new technologies.
