Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to the support and enhancement of the eFront Invest platform across multiple business units as a key technical specialist.
· Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using SQL and eFront reporting tools.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
· Support client onboarding and new fund setup within the eFront environment.
· Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, automation, and delivery.
· Share expertise with junior team members and contribute to knowledge-building within the group.
· Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Configure and set up eFront modules based on evolving business needs.
· Participate in data-related projects, including integration with third-party systems and data warehouses.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Skills Required
· 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on eFront Invest support and development.
· Strong proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data extraction from relational databases.
· Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting frameworks.
· Solid understanding of fund administration, investment accounting, and closed-ended fund structures.
· Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and system integration.
· Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
· Prior experience in leading or mentoring technical teams is desirable.
