The Opportunity
Xtra-Mile is seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join its growing team!
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic & innovative Digital Marketing Agency & work with leading companies in the high-tech, medical, and technology industries.
Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on marketing program direction & optimization while guiding & managing expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction & maintain client relationships
  • Strategizing, orchestrating, & facilitating execution on a variety of complex marketing programs assigned clients
  • Managing & executing large-scale multi-channel campaigns involving industry research, account structure, ad-copy optimization, performance analyses, landing page optimization, bid management, spend allocation, etc.
  • Developing & maintaining monthly media plans & summaries across all campaigns & online marketing strategies
  • Tracking & analyzing program results via BI & CRM systems to generate reports, create actionable insights, & make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in online/digital marketing
  • Previous hands-on experience with Google Ads, META, LinkedIn, or other paid search platforms
  • Analytical skills and experience with large data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PPTX
  • An independent, fast learner who is enthusiastic and leverages a proactive approach towards taking initiative
  • High proficiency in English
