What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.
You will:

• Analyze validation requirements for Dell PowerEdge and AI servers, focusing on hardware and firmware integration validation.

• Design and implement intelligent test automation using AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles.

• Execute hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, configure systems, identify and report defects, and deliver detailed diagnostics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve product quality.

• Utilize AI to extract insights from design specs and documentation, driving proactive validation and better customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• 5–9 years of industry experience in developing automation and hands-on in exploring AI/agentic tools to enhance validation efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API, RAG, Hugging Face).

• Experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 years focused on agentic or autonomous systems, deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and cognitive architectures, proven expertise.

• In-depth knowledge in BIOS, FPGA and BMC areas. Working knowledge on x86 and ARM architectures. 

Desirable Requirements

• Proficient in server hardware, GPU-accelerated systems, and operating systems including RHEL, Ubuntu, and Windows.

• Experience with industry-standard protocols such as I2C, IPMI, and Redfish for server management.
