Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer (Adaptations) who can translate and adapt existing brand designs seamlessly across formats, materials, and touch points while maintaining strong brand consistency. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, production-ready design solutions that stay true to the original creative intent while responding to practical constraints. You will work closely with Design Directors, creative teams, and production/print partners to ensure accurate execution across diverse outputs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound, and confident navigating challenges such as format shifts (e.g., horizontal to vertical), varying die lines, and print limitations—while preserving the integrity of the brand system.

What you’ll do:

Adapt and roll out existing brand designs across multiple formats, including packaging, print, digital, and environmental applications.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand systems across all touchpoints, maintaining design integrity at every stage.
Collaborate with Design Directors and creative teams to interpret and implement design intent effectively.
Work closely with production and printing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for output.
Manage challenges related to format changes, materials, and dielines while upholding core design principles.
Prepare final artwork files with precision, ensuring all specifications, guidelines, and production requirements are met.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within timelines.
Contribute to refining processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency in adaptations.

What you’ll need:

Experience in a similar role within a branding, design, or production-focused environment.
Strong expertise in adapting brand systems across formats, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with strong artwork and pre-press knowledge.
Solid understanding of print processes, materials, and production constraints.
Experience working with packaging, dielines, and complex layout adaptations.
Ability to balance creative intent with technical feasibility.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

We build brands. We build futures. Landor, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics, committed to a culture of respect where everyone belongs and can progress in their careers.
