Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Deal Desk Analyst/ Senior Delivery Validation Analyst to join our Global Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating deal reviews, analyzing sales pipeline performance, and managing the pricing and operational approval process to drive deal velocity and quality. You will be a key member of a collaborative team that provides critical support for large, complex opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Deal Velocity: Facilitate the end-to-end deal review and approval process by collaborating with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business guidelines.

  • Deliver Financial Insights: Maintain and analyze complex pricing models (such as the Profitability Analysis model) to provide consistent financial visibility across product lines and make data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline performance.

  • Manage Contractual Governance: Act as the primary authority for pricing, quotes, and approvals while reviewing non-standard contract terms, including Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Expertise: Proven experience in a deal desk, pricing strategy, or sales operations environment.

  • Financial & Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of financial analysis (including return on investment and cost allocation) and proficiency in Salesforce.com and Google Workspace.

  • Contractual & Communication Skills: The ability to interpret legal contracts and Master Agreements, paired with excellent bilingual communication skills in Hindi and English.
