Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

1. NLP Model Development:

   - Design, develop, and implement advanced NLP models for text analysis, sentiment classification, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.

   - Build and optimize NLP pipelines for data preprocessing and feature extraction.

2. Language Generation:

   - Develop and fine-tune generative models to create and complete text, with a focus on chatbots, content generation, and virtual assistants.

   - Explore and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.

3. Conversational AI:

   - Design and deploy conversational AI systems, including chatbots and virtual assistants, by incorporating natural language understanding and generation.

4. Text Classification and Sentiment Analysis:

   - Apply NLP methodologies to text classification and sentiment analysis tasks, enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes.

5. Generative AI Applications:

   - Create and evaluate AI applications that leverage generative AI models, such as GANs and language models like GPT-3 and BERT.

6. Ethical AI:

   - Address ethical considerations and biases in AI and NLP applications, ensuring responsible AI development and deployment.

7. Research and Innovation:

   - Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI research, and contribute to innovative projects in these fields.

8. Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and Generative AI solutions into products and services.

   - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

1. 3-6 years of experience in data science, building hands-on ML models
2. Experience leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of predictive modeling solutions.
3. Excellent programming skills in Python. Strong working knowledge of Python s numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, etc
4. Knowledge of predictive/prescriptive analytics including Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised and Unsupervised) and deep learning algorithms and Artificial Neural Networks
5. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLTK) and text analytics for information extraction, parsing and topic modeling (Preferred)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
7. Experience with data visualization tools PowerBI, Tableau, R Shiny, etc preferred
