Senior Data Scientist (Python, AI/ML Models, AWS, DataBricks, MySQL)

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This role focuses on developing data-driven scoring and decisioning logic that powers identity confidence, intent detection, and next-best-action recommendations. The Data Scientist will work closely with data engineers, architects, and backend API developers to ensure that analytical models and rules are production-ready, explainable, and actionable in near real time.

• Identity resolution analytics (deterministic + probabilistic).

• Customer profile enrichment and feature engineering.

• Intent scoring and behavioral modelling.

• Rule-based decisioning with a clear path to ML-driven models.

• Model validation, performance measurement, and drift detection.

• Analytical inputs powering real-time APIs and microservices.

• Working with batch data today, while designing for near real-time enablement.

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in Data Science.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python.

• Ability to query and manage structured data.

• Deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.

• Proficiency in Git for code management.

• Team collaboration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
