We are seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to join our team and contribute hands-on to the development and deployment of machine learning and AI-driven initiatives.
Job Overview:
As a Machine Learning / AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions. You will work alongside a team of data engineers and product owners to deliver robust and efficient models that meet business needs. Your role will involve applying your expertise to build and optimize machine learning workflows, process data effectively, and ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Model Development: Work with team members to design, develop, implement, train, and optimize machine learning models for handling large-scale datasets.
- Support Data Processing Efforts: Contribute to preprocessing, transforming, and splitting of structured and unstructured data to maintain high data quality and readiness for model training and deployment.
- Contribute to AI Workflows: Help refine workflows for deploying, monitoring, and improving machine learning models, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Implement Advanced AI Techniques: Work as part of the team to explore and apply advanced AI methodologies such as deep learning, generative AI solutions (RAG), vector databases and embeddings, LLM, transformer architecture, predictive analysis, and reinforcement learning to create value from our datasets.
- Monitor Model Performance: Assist in the evaluation and fine tuning of model effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy/precision, efficiency, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile Development: Collaborate within an agile team environment to meet project milestones and adapt to evolving priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI development, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks).
- Familiarity with processing large-scale datasets, including structured and unstructured data.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in data and model workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Clear and concise communication skills to share ideas and updates effectively within the team.
