We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to assist our data analytics team. This role is pivotal in driving insights through data analysis, performance reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.
Conduct data collection, exploration & analysis to uncover business insights, trends and patterns.
Optimize data flow & architecture across operational and analytical platforms for efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by documenting processes and maintaining quality controls.
Develop dashboards & reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and finance to drive data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Data mining & cleansing, and Data analysis.
Advanced SQL.
Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
Experience with Big Query / Cloud platforms.
Experience with Power BI.
Strong Skills in Excel.
Basic Knowledge of Statistics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
