Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Experience: 7–12 years
Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad / Kolkata
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and knowledge in Trading systems. The ideal candidate will work on data analysis, transformation, and modeling for large-scale trading and capital market systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for trading and capital market operations.
Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Utilize Prophecy (low/no code) and Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Prophecy (low/no code platform) and Alteryx.
Domain Expertise:
Solid understanding of Trading systems, Capital Markets, and Trade Lifecycle.
Other Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
