Role: Senior Coordinator
Location: Mumbai - BKC
Key Responsibilities
- Client servicing and managing existing client accounts
- Should be able to manage inventory, accounts receivables and provide presales support
- To understand all types of reports offered by D&B
- Understand what product to pitch to the client for a specific business requirement
- Tracking inventory for each account
- Collaborate with sales manager for sharing inputs on current utilization rate for each contract
- Driving up utilization rate for each contract
- Collaborate with sales manager to understanding the triggers in each account and to share inputs to drive the utilization rate
- Managing high service level relationship with each account by ensuring agreed TAT is maintained
- Monthly sharing of mis/utilization statement with the clients
- Periodic sharing of invoices with the clients (as per T&Cs) and follow-up for payments
Key Requirements
- Relevant graduation with a minimum experience of 3+ years
- Candidate should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good business acumen and sound market knowledge
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong relationship building & management skills
