Role: Senior Coordinator

Location: Mumbai - BKC

Key Responsibilities

  • Client servicing and managing existing client accounts
  • Should be able to manage inventory, accounts receivables and provide presales support
  • To understand all types of reports offered by D&B
  • Understand what product to pitch to the client for a specific business requirement
  • Tracking inventory for each account
  • Collaborate with sales manager for sharing inputs on current utilization rate for each contract
  • Driving up utilization rate for each contract
  • Collaborate with sales manager to understanding the triggers in each account and to share inputs to drive the utilization rate
  • Managing high service level relationship with each account by ensuring agreed TAT is maintained
  • Monthly sharing of mis/utilization statement with the clients
  • Periodic sharing of invoices with the clients (as per T&Cs) and follow-up for payments

Key Requirements

  • Relevant graduation with a minimum experience of 3+ years
  • Candidate should have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good business acumen and sound market knowledge
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship building & management skills
