Job DescriptionJob Summary Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system.
• Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP.
• Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases.
• Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP)
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.
• Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional)
• Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process
